Some rare good news

The bastards at the FDA (Food and Drug Autocrats) have had one of their bans struck down today. Their 2004 ban of ephedra has been struck down after challenged by a Utah company that rightfully claimed that the substance "has been safely consumed" for hundreds of years, according to this ESPN.com story.

Of the myriad attacks on one's liberty by the government supposedly for our own good, the regulation and/or prohibition of certain substances by the FDA or DEA (Denying Everyone's Autonomy)ranks high on my list of most offensive actions.
