I never thought I'd see an article like this over at Foxnews.com:

The history that author Jim Powell documents begins with Woodrow Wilson's follies and continues right up to the present.

I especially like the ending of this piece:

U.S. actions encourage the nuclear proliferation it is intended to prevent.
